Short film drama ideas

The Cycle
Boring life, grey colour scale, constant shots of characters neutral face, each minute is a day of the week, each day becomes more unbearable (shown through the characters facial expressions and costume, clothes start of nice and smart but as the week progresses shirts becomes more grey and tie becomes less smart etc). Either college or work, resolution similar to a box in size to show the feeling of being trapped that the character is feeling. The resolution could get tighter fitting as the days go on to show the build-up of the feeling. There could be a noise similar to white noise constantly getting louder as the film progresses. In the last minute the character breaks and the noise becomes similar to a screeching animal crying out in pain.
Break
A tense argument between two people in a relationship where it goes too far into a physical fight between them. However, the unlikely abuser is the female in the relationship compared to the belief in our society that in an abusive relationship it is always the male). The fight could show the emotional pain the characters are feeling physically. The love they have for each other can be shown as a piece of red thread connected to both characters to show the bond they have for one another but at the end it breaks. Argument could be shown through contemporary dance where both collapse as the thread of love that connects both of them together breaks in two.
Love
Similar to Break above this idea involves the thread of love but a man who has never loved before finally has his thread connect with someone but the person it connects to has multiple broken threads connected to them to show the multiple times they have been heartbroken in the pass. The short amount of time the man feels love is for a mysterious women who will not show him her true self and it ends with the man’s thread being broken as he sits alone when the women leaves without showing any emotions as the chance of love is ruined.
Growing pains
A young child who experiences the true dark grittiness of the world at a young age which leaves them mentally scarred for the rest of their life. (Drugs, abuse, greed, lust etc)
Acceptance
A young male or female coming to terms with their sexuality and the realisation of their sexuality and the changes and problems they experience before and after they come out as bisexual/homosexual.
Constant
A person feeling a constant feeling of solitude even in situations where they are surrounded by people who support and care for them. The sudden turn in their life due to the mental health problems they have and the “solution” they have and the effects it will have on the important people in their life.  They don’t feel like they belong anywhere and constantly feel like an individual, they hate the feeling. Ends with the feeling becoming too much to bare and they take their own life.
Worthless
Young teenager who is struggling to find something they are “talented” at and want to do. They deal with the feeling of wanting to give up and the sadness of feeling worthless as they cannot find something enjoyable to do with their life.
Office Job
A young adult working an office job breaks the cycle and goes and travel and lives their short life to the fullest by meeting new people and visiting new places. Short scenes repeat to show the constant cycle of an office job. For example standing at the printer, pouring a cup of coffee etc, but one day everything is just going wrong, the printer is not working, they spill coffee on themselves, and the boss gives them a massive amount of work, the computer turns off when they didn’t save their work. Then they get up and just leave without a plan.
Failure

A young photographer deals with the realisation that the photography course he is doing at college is not right for him. He deals with his teachers basically telling him his photoshoots are not good and that he is falling behind and could be kicked of the course. The problems he is facing puts him in a downward cycle and he starts to hate the hobby he was once so passionate about.
